Entering the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards
Any recruitment firm that has displayed unparalleled excellence within the marketing, advertising, creative and digital sectors should enter these awards.
Marketing agencies should NOT enter these awards unless doing so for a client.
From May, there will be a simple tick-box entry form on this website for you to select which categories you would like to enter yourself into.
Relevant entry forms will then be sent out no sooner than 1st June.
The deadline for submitting completed entry forms and supporting evidence need to be sent back electronically by 31st July 2017.
No, the awards are totally free to enter!
There is no limit on the amount of categories you can enter. However, we do recommend that you don’t enter too many which will result in any categories not being given the attention they deserve.
We’re still carefully selecting the categories for this year’s awards, but we will let you know what these are in April 2016.
Entry Form Content
No, we don’t believe there should be a word limit, but would suggest using not too much more than the space provided.
We would also encourage you to be as concise and succinct as possible. Ensure you read the question and understand what the judges will be looking for!
All information has to be included on the entry form, but if you wanted to send an additional document in the format of your choice this will be accepted as supporting evidence.
Feel free to send as much relevant supporting evidence as you wish. This can be anything from testimonials, screenshots, documents etc.
Although it is highly preferable to receive everything electronically, you are welcome to send items that can not be sent electronically, in the post. Please address all items to the following address;

All entries will be going through an initial shortlisting process by our carefully selected judges who will look through the category entries and decide who makes the shortlist.
Once this has been done, and the shortlists have been announced, all judges will be brought together and assigned certain categories to look through more in-depth. There will be a minimum of two judges per category and for any conflicting decisions additional judges will look over the categories and ultimately decide the winner.
Finalists will be announced the week commencing 14th August 2017. Whether or not you have been successful in being shortlisted, you will be notified by email.
All winners will be announced at the Awards Gala at the Hilton London Bankside on 30th November 2017.
The Awards Evening
The Awards Gala will be taking place on Thursday 30th November 2017.
This year, the Awards Gala will be at Hilton London London Bankside, Great Suffolk Street, SE1 0UG.
The evening starts at 18:00 with a champagne reception and goes through until 01:00 the following morning.
Full timings are as follows;
19:05: Evening introduction
19:15: 3-course gourmet dinner with fine wine included
20:45: After-dinner entertainment
21:05: Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards presentation
22:00: Disco, networking and drinks
Yes, there will be a discount for Finalists. Ticket costs vary dependent on how many you buy and with more tickets the greater the discount. Ticket prices will be released later in the year.

All tables can hold a maximum of 10 guests for dinner, however, there are a limited amount of tables with the ability to fit 12 persons.
Ticket price includes entry to the awards evening, champagne reception, 3-course dinner with wine included, after-dinner entertainment, the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards presentation and an evening of dancing and networking!
