In this new category entrants had to show the judges their agency offered an all-round recruitment solution, excelling both as an employer brand of choice and go-to staffing provider.  The judges were impressed with evidence that supported high staff retention, active content, excellent market engagement and tangible commercial return.

As ticking the criteria boxes goes, the winning entry more than satisfied the judges.  Clear mentions of internal structure included significant commercial values, marketing strategy and defined future plans.  A robust business development model compliments low staff turnover and a near-perfect mark from the judge’s score index highlighted this winner.

With all entrants automatically eligible to win this category, the judges are looking for evidence of all-round excellent within candidate delivery, client service, innovation, employer branding, marketing, business strategy and, of course, increased revenue production.  In the end the decision was between three companies, all of whom featured during the judging process.
