Marilyn’s extensive experience of the professional recruitment sector and her knowledge of business, leadership and management combine to give her a unique insight as a coach and mentor. She uses that expertise to specialise in working with emerging leaders to help them develop their management capability and with small growing businesses to define and clarify strategic direction.
In addition to working as a board director for the Association of Professional Staffing Companies during a period of extremely fast growth, her business experience includes running a successful training company and acting as business adviser for various enterprise agencies working with start-ups and fast growing young businesses. She ran the APSCo awards for Excellence programme for 11 years and has acted as a judge for a number of other prestigious recruitment industry awards.
She is a Qualified Business Performance Coach, NLP Practitioner and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Consulting.

Tracey is one of the founding Directors of BlueSky PR, the specialist boutique communications consultancy for the recruitment, HR talent management and education sectors and is a regular speaker and commentator on recruitment marketing. Originally a front line recruiter herself, she began her career in the mid-eighties working for two financial recruitment firms and then became Group Marketing Manager for Harrison Willis ( now Hudson). A move into traditional PR followed culminating in her appointment as Head of Communications for Balfour Beatty, the construction giant. BlueSky PR was founded in 2006 and has a varied portfolio of recruitment firms, talent management consultancies and international business schools including Alexander Mann Solutions, Fircroft, APSCo, Venquis, The Clear Company, MRL, The London School of Economics, UCL, HEC Paris, The European School of Management and Technology; Vlerick Business School and EM Lyon…to name a few.
